Works are planned and sequenced around continuing clinical operations, patients and staff, covering both planned and reactive requirements alongside external grounds management.

Hall refurbishment — strip-out to completion
Hall Refurbishment
Scope: Full strip-out and redecoration of an existing assembly hall, with the original vaulted timber ceiling, joinery and windows protected and made good throughout, carried through to a completed, fitted-out space.
Works were sequenced from strip-out, through protected making-good of the existing structure, to decoration and final fit-out.

Scope: Office fit-out and refurbishment including glazed partitioning, bespoke reception and bar joinery, and general builders works to breakout and amenity areas.
Glazing and joinery were protected throughout the works, with builders works and finishes coordinated through to a completed, ready-to-use space.
