Piscean Projects manages construction and builders works projects while coordinating specialist mechanical and electrical delivery teams, so clients have a single point of contact and responsibility rather than a set of disconnected contractors to manage themselves.
Much of our experience has been built inside live, occupied environments — hospitals in particular — where the work has to fit around an operation that cannot simply stop.
